Public Servant Vs Telco Customer Service (Who wins?)
So I have a dispute with a British Telco, no surprise there.
In brief the Telco, Demon Internet, hence forth referred to simply as "Demon" has 47GBP which I believe belongs to me. I want it back. So putting everything I've learn as a public servant to the test, can I get my money back?
Round One: The Demon ignores my email. I write to the Demon's boss (THUS), who fwds it back to the Demon and I get referred to the helpline. Helplines are like some kind of reverse maze illusion, it looks like you can find a way out but you can't. So, .... round one to the Demon
